The Ahwahnee Hotel

This National Historic Landmark was designed by Gilbert Stanley Underwood, the same architect who designed the lodges at other national parks of the west. Once a village of the native Miwoks, the site of the venue was chosen because of its exposure to the sun and stunning views of Yosemite's icons such as Half Dome, Yosemite Falls and Glacier Point.
